Superior Graphic sold has sold two Heidelberg SM74 machines to Paragraphics, of Canton, OH. The second one was sold to them in June of 2019, a dismantled 1995 Heidelberg SM74-2P with low impressions. When the press arrived, it had a few issues that needed correcting from being in a dismantled state. Superior Graphic installed the press, and then called in Chris Berry, a top Heidelberg technician, who successfully completed the installation, including fixing a number a repairs in order to take care of the customer. A few weeks later, Andy Bosworth, owner of Paragraphics, informed Superior Graphic that he was very pleased with the press. “You guys always take care of us” Andy Bosworth said on the phone to Superior Grahpic. Superior Graphic is very pleased to have had a second very successful installation at Paragraphics.
